The rumors of new weapons stems from files that were found on the game disc, but were most likely still on the disc from developer testing to see which guns balanced the game the best. I honestly don't think we're going to see new guns add in because it would be unfair to those that didn't purchase the DLC if those who did were running around with more powerful guns (or just different ones). But then again, the guns could have been shipped on every disc already for this exact reason, so that when the DLC unlocked them for use and loadouts for other people, those that decided against purchasing the DLC would still have the model graphics and code in there to pick up said guns... otherwise the DLC would completely separate those who purchased it from those who didn't in the same way that people that didn't buy the new maps can't play on those specific maps and will get booted from games if them come up in rotation. See, this is the thing that gets me about IW, if anyone here has ever played the GRAW series, look at the plethora of weapons in that game!
